JOB OPPORTUNITY: FIELD DRIVE TESTER TEKsystems is currently looking for a field drive tester for an entry level role with a client in the wireless telecommunications sector. This is a great opportunity for someone to enter the field and work with a national lead in the Canadian communications industry. Roles/Responsibilities: - Conduct and ensure accurate and comprehensive execution of RF field tests - Identify issues, collect data in field and track resolution with vendor or project prime; - Operate and maintain the drive test tools and equipment; - Write technical reports for each site evaluated. Qualifications: - Understanding of basic radio frequency principles including power measurements & RF propagation is a plus - Familiarity with the Windows® operating system and associated office software products (Word, Excel®, email); - G driver's license and driving record abstract will be required – please note that there will be a significant amount of driving required
